Lisa Geddie was welcomed into the Coldwell Banker President’s Circle last year. She says her success of 50 transactions last year can be credited to Coldwell Banker Advantage, a top performing company, offering her the tools and opportunities she needed.
She feels that working with Coldwell Banker Advantage has been a blessing and allowed her to work with some of the top leaders of the community.
“They’ve set a great example for me,” she said. “I believe it is my responsibility to set the same example for those who associate with me, now and in the future. Coldwell Banker Advantage leads by example and that is why we just came off our most successful year in the history of our company. “We are on the leading edge of the industry”.
Lisa’s journey into real estate started much earlier. As a child, she saw what it took to be an effective Realtor. Her father worked for the same company Lisa currently works for. Now, this second generation Realtor, is trying to walk the same path.
“I had many opportunities to see the joy my late father, Tom Kennedy, experienced”, she said. “He was, as I try to be, always there for his clients, no matter what point they were at in the transaction, even years after. How couldn’t I strive to follow in his footsteps?”
It’s a perfect fit for Lisa who is never as happy as when she is in the middle of putting together a transaction. She gets excited and is ready to spring into action when she hears the office bell.
An area resident for more than three decades, Lisa knows the market and knows how to solve a sticky situation.
“In today’s market, a Realtor must enjoy solving problems and absolutely must be able to work with people, including fellow Realtors”, she said. “They also need to be aware of the various loan programs and incentives available for their clients.”
“Selling or buying a home can be a complex, and sometimes even an emotional challenge for her clients, but Lisa counts herself as lucky to be able to work with families during their biggest decisions.”
“You earn trust and life-long friendships that come with the process”, she said. “The situation may be complex and sensitive, but the final shared goal is the closing table”.
