Asa Fleming has been a REALTOR® in the Raleigh area since 2001, and is a proud member of the Coldwell Banker Advantage - Raleigh Office. His experience on all phases of REO marketing, internet/classified marketing, email, digital photography, electronic documentation, virtual tours, buyer agency, customer relations, and management is very strong and makes him the most qualified candidate to properly market a property and ensure a quick turn over. Asa is a member of the Raleigh Regional Association of REALTORS® (RRAR), where he has been actively involved. He has served as Chair of the Government Affairs Committee, Co-Chair of the Raleigh Young Professional Network, on the Grievance committee, the RRAR Board of Directors, where he has also served as the 2011 Secretary-Treasurer, and is now currently the President-Elect. Asa is a graduate of the inaugural class of the Triangle REALTOR® Leadership Academy, has served as an Associate Dean of the Academy since 2009, and served as Dean for 2011. Asa has been involved with the North Carolina Association of REALTORS®, where he has served on the Legislative and Equal Opportunity and Cultural Diversity (EOCD) committees, where he is currently serving as Chair for 2012. He has been a member of the Board of Directors for the Realtor® Foundation of the Triangle since 2011. Asa is also a certified Short Sale Foreclosure Resource.
